

With Halloween and New Years Eve ticket sales well underway, we understand the importance of tracking your ticket sales from the moment you post your ticketed events on ticketZone to the starting time of your event. Hard work means more ticket sales, and more ticket sales means higher earnings for you. We’re here to help you track ticket sales and earnings with a variety of cool features that are designed to make your life as easy as possible. Check it out:
- Navigate to your event dashboard on ticketZone to view stats including total number of tickets sold, total monetary sales, discounts from promo codes, reversals and fulfillment of ticket delivery.

- Select “Stats” in the menu bar for a detailed breakdown of ticket sales by date and ticket type.

- Once in “Stats,” you will see more tabs with a variety of options.

- On the “Main” tab, a graph lays out which days had peak sales,and breaks down total sales into different fees, or you can hide the fees if you’d prefer.

- The “Fulfillment” tab shows how ticket purchasers chose to get their actual tickets, however most events are defaulted to “Print @ Home”
- Visit the “Promotion” tab to see which sites referred ticket purchasers (like your own website,Facebook or ticketZone), how social media played into promotion and a breakdown of your sub promoters sales.
Contact your account manager to:
- Receive a list of all of your ticket purchasers including email addresses and full names, so you know who will be walking in the door of your event.
- Receive an automated email each time someone purchases a ticket to your event.
